VENUE PRICING & PACKAGES 

  • The booking comes with 6 hours which includes your event time, set up, and break down. 

  • ​All events must end by 12am.

  •  50% of the total is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due the month of your event. An event proposal will be sent via email with a contract and invoice. You can make the payment with your card and sign the contract online.

  •  You can bring in your own vendors such as food, beverage, alcohol, decor, staff, etc. 

  • $500 REFUNDABLE security deposit for all events 

  • Events with alcohol require one or two security guards. It will depend on the type of event and the number of guests you have.
